The Fremont County Public Health issues certified copies of Fremont County birth certificates and Fremont County death certificates. You may order copies of Fremont County vital records through VitalChek on an expedited basis.

Fremont County Public Health requires all applicants to submit a copy of proof of relationship (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate, court order) and a copy of their valid, government issued photo ID.
